My partner and I decided to come here to celebrate after he received a raise and for my birthday. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a nice celebration turned into a disappointing experience. Our server, Ana, was not welcoming or attentive. We let her know that we wanted to enjoy a few drinks before ordering our food, but we were asked more than once if we were ready to order. After the second time, it honestly felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially since we had already explained that we wanted to take our time. When we finally ordered, our food came out incorrectly. The manager had to come over and help correct the order, and by that point, one person’s food was getting cold while we waited for the issue to be fixed. We appreciated the manager stepping in and resolving the food issue, but unfortunately, the attitude and customer service from our server never improved. We did not ask for a discount or special treatment. We paid our bill in full, which was over $100, and simply expected the basic level of courtesy and respect that customers deserve—especially when celebrating a special occasion. Good BBQ here, not the best I’ve ever had but still good. A little over priced though. Ambience is what you typically would expect from a large chain restaurant. It was nice.

Even though I'm from the south, that Carolina pulled pork was some of the best I ever had! Their garlic bread was top notch! All their food was really good! And all the staff I encountered were super sweet. I'm definitely coming here again!

Great bbq place. The bbq sauces were definitely more vinegary and less sweet than most places but I didn’t mind that. The brisket and pulled pork were both cooked and seasoned well. Definitely try the Mac n cheese. Skip the fries. They were not great. Our server was prompt and accommodating. Will definitely return. There is also parking specifically for this place in the garage next door.

We had a great experience at Wood Ranch. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. You definitely get your money’s worth here. What really stood out was the service. The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and completely on point throughout the meal. They checked in at just the right times without hovering and made sure we had everything we needed. A+ Overall, a really solid dining experience. We’ll definitely be back.
